Robert Half Gender Pay Gap Statement

The Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) will publish the gender pay gaps for every Australian employer with 100 or more employees on 27th February 2024. WGEA will be publishing Robert Half’s and other employers pay gaps by median as well as the gender composition and average remuneration per pay quartile. Robert Half has prepared a statement that provides further context on our gender pay gaps and the considerations we are taking as a company to implement initiatives that foster and establish practices which support the improvement of gender pay equity in our organisation.
