Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status. Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and resolving employee inquiries. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
