Socially responsible and sustainable practices are at the heart of our business and are grounded in our enterprise values. Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles inform and direct our programs and policies across our operations and around the globe.
Engaging stakeholders
Upholding our values-led business approach requires us to actively listen and respond to our employees, candidates, customers, suppliers, shareholders, industry associations, and many others. We engage with and gather feedback through formal surveys and regular communications. This helps us to deliver the programs and services that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
United Nations Global Compact
Robert Half supports the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, specifically in the areas of human rights, fair labor practices, and anti-corruption, and makes these principles a part of the strategy, culture, and day-to-day operations of our company.

Accountability
Our ESG team develops and deploys our ESG program, with guidance and oversight from senior leadership and the board of directors.
Reporting to the chief ESG and DEI officer, the team is responsible for the day-to-day assessment, management and monitoring of our risks and opportunities, with the goal of driving long-term growth and value creation for our stakeholders.
The chief ESG and DEI officer reports directly to our CEO who, along with other members of our senior leadership team, reviews and advises on the execution of the ESG program.
