The projections for each position are based on actual compensation for professionals Robert Half has matched with employers across the country and third-party job posting data from Textkernel that we use to independently validate the salary ranges. Using state-of-the-art large language models, we take into account the current and expected demand for each position, the supply of talent, and other market conditions. We gain additional insights from our talent solutions professionals’ knowledge of their local markets. Our salary numbers represent starting compensation only, meaning pay for someone new to a company in the position listed. Our estimates do not include bonuses, benefits or perks. Since professionals joining a company may enter at a variety of experience levels, we report salaries across three percentiles. In addition to being able to see the different salary starting points, many of our clients also want to know what they’d have to pay to attract candidates at various levels of experience. The salary percentiles are based on the following candidate attributes: 25th: The candidate is new to the role and building the needed skills, experience and autonomy. 50th: The candidate has the experience to perform core responsibilities without direct supervision and is comfortable with the role’s processes and subject matter. 75th: The candidate delivers value beyond the stated job duties, has advanced qualifications and experience, and is ready for the next career level.
