A global consulting firm needed to build its bench of professionals with Environmental, Social, and Governance expertise to better serve its corporate clients. The firm sought to hire an Associate Director to help shape ESG strategies and advance its client’s programs, policies and procedures. Robert Half’s executive search team presented several senior- and junior-level candidates and helped manage the hiring process.

Further discussion with the client uncovered a future need for additional consultants with ESG experience. The executive search team encouraged the client to round out their team and hire for three roles – two associate directors and a manager – at the same time.

The client now has a strong ESG consulting practice and is positioned to help its clients across many industries navigate their ESG strategies.
