Lease Assistant Job Description

A lease assistant supports the lease administrator or manager in creating, tracking and storing leases; collecting and verifying related documentation; and ensuring compliance with regulations governing landlords and tenants. Typical duties include filing, database management, report creation, reviewing and drafting corporate legal documents, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. While there are no specific education requirements, candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and some knowledge of leasing regulations and processes.
