Serves as primary contact point for customers. Responsible for building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with customers. Handles questions, concerns problems, managing all aspects of customers’ experiences with the organization to meet and exceed their expectations. Responsible for understanding customers’ business needs and identifying new solutions and strategies to generate revenue. Requires strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional customer relationship management capabilities.
